The volunteers arranged a lunch for under-privileged children in the Southern Strand library's surrounding community. Many people such as Marlon Walbrugh, Shahieda Karaan and the library staff contributed selflessly from their own time and resources. The children were entertained with a morality play by local writer Godfrey Luyt.
